I desired to be a HR Director since I was 23 years old. I got there just after my 36th birthday. Three years later working as an Endeavor’s Volunteer I discoved the entrepreneurship. I realized that I could impact much more people as an entrepreneur than as an executive. It was a natural path to continue my career as a coach and then I launched my own consultancy focused on professional development.
My costumers use to say that I’m very talentfull to perceive and design the big picture, the whole scenario. I would say that I have the ability to connect big things to the daily routine. I believe I’m able to do that with tons of empathy.
I have a very clear purpose: supporting people’s professional transformation in a volatile and ambigous world. To be able to scale my purpose and impact much more people I’m launching an online operation. Based on a content marketing strategy I’ll launch a online training program and a mentoring group.
