I have a couple of ideas that can help you: · Having corresponding modules for the managers before the employers were a good decision for us. By this way managers learned in advance how to react/support to the employer who is asking about Performance Accelerator. · Coaching modules can be given first. Learning non-directive coaching approach can help managers to active Performance Accelerator more easily.
